GreenFax is pleased to announce our new archive service available to GreenFax Signature Service and Toll Free Service customers. Customers using the archive service will receive a CD after the end of each calendar quarter containing an archive of the faxes that were received on their GreenFax vitual fax number during the previous quarter.
GreenFax archive CDs are easily navigated using a standard web browser (view screenshot). No software installation is required to navigate or open faxes from the archive CD.
Pricing for archival service $19.95 per quarter (in addition to regular service charges). Archive CDs are shipped by US Postal Service first class mail, with delivery confirmation. To signup for archival service, login to your account at www.GreenFax.com and click 'Archive Service'.
