GreenFax Service Plans

GreenFax.com Signature Service Includes a local dedicated fax number for receiving faxes in the city or area of your choice. Pricing is $12.95 per month (billed quarterly). Plan includes 250 inbound pages received per month. Pages received in excess of 250 per month are billed at 3 cents per page. Plan also includes option to send faxes as per the terms of our 'Send-Only' service below.

GreenFax.com Hi Volume Service Ideal for users that receive a large volume of inbound faxes. Includes a local dedicated fax number for receiving faxes in the city or area of your choice from the above list. Pricing is $9.95 per month plus 2 cents per page received. Monthly service charges are billed quarterly in advanace. Per-page charges are billed in advance in $25.00 increments. There is a minimum usage requirement of 700 pages per month on this plan. Plan also includes option to send faxes as per the terms of our 'Send-Only' service below.

GreenFax.com Toll-Free Service Includes an (866) or (877) toll-free dedicated fax number for receiving faxes. Pricing is $12.95 per month (billed quarterly), plus 15 cents per page received (billed in advance in $25.00 increments). Plan also includes option to send faxes as per the terms of our 'Send-Only' service below.

GreenFax.com Send-Only Service Perfect for users who need only to send faxes and not receive. Our Send-Only service plan is like a 'prepaid phone card for internet faxing'. Pricing to send faxes to US and Canadian destinations is 7 cents for the first page, plus 5 cents for each additional page*. You pay only for successful transmissions. Prepaid credit towards outbound faxing is purchased in $25.00 increments. There is no monthly service charge, unused credit never expires. Please click here for our international sending rates.

*Faxes with unusually long transmission times of 90 seconds per page or more are billed at a rate of 7 cents per minute.

There are no 'setup charges' to start a new GreenFax account. Our 'cancel-anytime' policy applies to all above service plans. No contract or minimum-usage commitment required. Cancel any time and we will refund the unused portion of your paid balance.
